Articles on Lokpal:
1. It takes only 3years to remove corruption completely
Hongkong Anti-corruption Chief describes what features an effective anti-corruption system should have. Hongkong was under rampant corruption in 1975, like India, when an anti-corruption movement forced the system to implement anti-corruption body ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption). If you read it then mos of he doubts raised by our MPs that Lokpal demands are unconstitutional will be cleared.

3.Anna: Chidambaram would have been in jail, had Lokpal been there.

4. Who were the real decision takers behind Anna Hazare's arrest in August?
I remember the morning of 16th Aug 2011 when Anna Hazare was arrested, how Ambika Soni so innocently told media persons that the decision of arresting Anna was of police as they have to look after law & order in the city and that they cannot and will not interfere into their decision. But did anybody guess that she was one of the person who was instrumental in taking decision of arresting Anna. I think politicians should be given best actors award as no one can ever act the way they do in real life without any retakes and without anyone noticing.

5. Anna Hazare's Lokpal is extra-constitutional: Standing Committee.
Parliament standing committee met on 23rd and 24th Sept to discuss on Lokpal. Jaiprakash Narayan considered Anna Hazare's Lokpal as unconstitutional and a super-institution powerful than parliament which would affect democracy.
So after all the hardwork of everyone to force the parliament to pass a strong lokpal bill, we are back to the same rhetoric by politicians of unconstitutional and and super-institution arguments. I guess the interview of the Hongkong Anti-Corruption chief (link given above in point 1), should be read in the parliament to make them aware that all the provisions in Anna's Lokpal bill is important to curb corruption, anything weaker than that will not solve the monster of corruption in India.

2.Those who says PM is a honest man should read this.
PM backing Chidambaram despite knowing that he is involved in corruption. This are not traits of honest man. If he had been honest he would have accepted Chidambaram's resignation, or in the first place demanded his resignation. Instead he is protecting Chidambaram and corruption. He is the most cunning person you will see in politics. He was also involved in trying to save Harshad Mehta when he was FM, in the infamous scam of 1992. Therefore there is nothing honest about this PM. Cash-for-vote scam is another example to question his honesty.

3. Fresh evidence has just been brought into light on PM role in 2G:
A letter written by Dayanidhi Maran (former Telecom Minister) in 2006 to PM, demanding the dilution of Terms of reference for GoM looking into the spectrum allocation has been recovered through RTI and is published by DNA. It shows how PM fulfilled the wishes of Dayanidhi Maran of getting the allocation process as they wanted it to be.
